1. Write to us
support@swapmatch.me is the address for members — support, safety, privacy requests and legal notices all reach us there. Partnerships, press and anything commercial: contact@swapmatch.me.
Write from the email address on your account and say which swap, listing or conversation you mean; that saves a round of questions. A listing, a person or a chat that has gone wrong is faster reported from the app itself: open its options menu and choose Report.
2. Something unsafe
Report the member or the listing from its options menu — it reaches us directly and stays anonymous to them. Blocking someone stops them reaching you at all, with or without a report.
If someone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first and tell us afterwards; we can hand over what we hold when the authorities ask for it. What we do and do not allow — both what may be listed and how members treat each other — is in the Community Guidelines.
3. Your data
Most of it is a tap away: Profile → Menu → Your data → Download my data gives you a copy of what we hold, Profile → Menu → Edit profile corrects it or deletes the account, and Profile → Menu → Your data → Privacy holds the usage-statistics switch.
Anything those do not cover goes to support@swapmatch.me. The detail behind all of it is in the Privacy Policy and the Data Tracking Policy.
4. Legal notices
Copyright and trademark complaints, requests from law enforcement, and anything about the Terms of Use: support@swapmatch.me. Include the listing or account you mean and the legal basis you are relying on, and we will come back to you.
5. Who you are writing to
SwapMatch is built and run by the SwapMatch Team. We are responsible for the data described in the Privacy Policy, and support@swapmatch.me reaches us.
